Ladies v Gents 2024
Our Ladies V Gents finished off our season. Lesley/Leslie stays with the men again for another year. The Ladies top rink was Sue Allen, Libby, Barb and Maggie. Gents top rink was Alan D, new bowler Tom and Tony.
Sylvia Reed Trophy 2024
24 members took to the green in a round Robin and in 2nd place was Michael L but with a massive plus score was Frank! Well done all.
Ladies District Triples Final
On 8th September 2024 we played in the triples league final against North Mymms on 2 rinks. Our first triple lost by 13 - 14 and other triple were winning by 14 - 13 going into the last end. North Mymms triumphed on the 18th end to win the trophy. Everyone had a good game. Well done ladies .
The club hosted the regional county final of the Top 10 on Saturday 30th June.
Croxley Guild took on Herts Watford on our neutral green.
Herts go through to the next stage of the Top 10.
Lovely day at our annual Rosie memorial day. Remembering Rosie who passed away 4 years ago in the first wave of covid. So nice to see everyone having a great time singing and dancing on the green to the great tunes played by our DJ whilst playing in this pairs comp. Lovely to see some youngsters bowling as well. The comp was won by John G and Aaron, Rosie's son.
